How to measure
Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. - Order Processing: After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order, all of our items are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards, so this process often takes 3-7 business days (most of orders leave the warehouse within 5 days), please be patient with us.
- Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 20 business days (depending on the locations) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed. For customers in the US, the shipping time is normally from 7-15 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
